Bò lúc lắc!
This would be among the most popular and simple Vietnamese dish to make. We'd be free to choose or replace a few basic ingredients from whereever we live in the US or elsewhere... as well.
Ingredients: (enough for about... 2-4 persons)
- 1 lb steak (best is to use ribeye). Cut into cubes
- 6-8 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper
- 1/2 tsp Maggi sause (or soy sauce)
- Watercrest or Romaine heart lettuce
- 1/2 red onion (thinly diced)
- couple fresh lime wedges
